We can also provide our clients with information on building envelope technologies,
and alternative energies, such as solar hot water, geothermal, and photovoltaic systems.
Construction
We provide high quality construction and general contracting.
We have the expertise to provide many in-house building services, such as framing and finish carpentry,
and we have strong relationships with our sub-trades. These relationships enable us to provide superior quality, service, co-ordination and scheduling.
Green Roofs
As of January 2010, green roofs are required for a portion of roofs for all new development above 2,000 square metres of floor area.
Green roofs are also gaining popularity with smaller building owners and home-owners.
Green roofs offer many benefits:

- Reduce urban heat gain
- Increase urban air quality
- Reduce energy costs by providing greater insulation
